Jerry is a lawyer, patent and trademark agent based in Markham and Richmond Hill, serving the Greater Toronto Area. Jerry has been practicing in the area of intellectual property and litigation since 2011.
Previously, Jerry practiced at a national intellectual property boutique law firm. Jerry has successfully appeared before the Federal and Provincial Courts, and has represented clients from local businesses to multi-national corporations. Jerry was also counsel in one of Canada's largest patent infringement trials.
Jerry's practice now focuses on addressing the needs of start-ups and small businesses.
